Seminar Packages Breakdown

We have always strived to keep O.U.T.S. and it's cost to you as low as we possibly could. We will also be evaluating for the Atlantic League, however, at this time there are no positions currently available.  We will be looking for potential mid-season replacements, or for future positions in that league

Umpires can choose to register and pay for their hotel up front in Package A, or pay for their hotel stay when they arrive in Package B.  Commuters or umpires who wish to find their own hotel option should choose Package B.  Cost upon arrival for hotel is $250.00 for nine nights (March 21st-March29th)  We will break camp on the 30th of March.

PACKAGE A: O.U.T.S. 2012 SEMINAR, WITH HOTEL INCLUDED: $500.00

This package includes registration cost, plus nine nights, triple-occupancy stay in beautiful Cocoa Beach at the Cocoa Beach Suites, 3655 North Atlantic Ave.  Transportation for those flying into Orlando will be provided to and from the airport, as well as transportation to and from facilities for training.  Each umpire will also receive a camp hat and a camp t-shirt.  Umpires will be instructed in two and three person mechanics, and will be evaluated by instructors and assignors from the leagues mentioned above.  Breakfast will be provided to each camper, and any other additions to the camp will be included at no additional cost to the umpire.  Registration is $250 in this package, hotel is the additional $250.00.

PACKAGE B:  O.U.T.S. 2012 SEMINAR, COMMUTERS:  $250.00

This package is the same as Package A, with no hotel included. Commuters should choose this package, or any umpire who wants to find their own hotel or accomodations. This package is also for those umpires who wish to pay for their hotel upon arrival in Cocoa Beach, FL.  You will be required to bring the additional $250.00 upon arrival!  The cost for the O.U.T.S. hotel is $250.00.
